Fundacja ADJ is a local Polish NGO with activities at regional level, which was set and works to motivate children, young people and adults to develop soft skills they miss for work purposes, future career development and planning, personal development and entrepreneurship of young people starting to plan their future. ADJ supports youth and parents to better understand their talents and based on that, take conscious decisions for a better and more engaged lifestyle and motivation in the different areas of the society. It implements educational activities for the development of social competences and skills for their target groups, in Leszno and surrounding environments, such as small villages and towns between Leszno and Poznan, or Leszno and Wroclaw; and it vision is supported by the partners at local level, such as institutions, companies and local entrepreneurs. The foundation was founded by people who have been working for many years at the ADJ language school to meet the needs of local society and go beyond, reaching for the target groups who cannot effort the private lessons. It also promotes learning mobility, with big emphasis on the development of foreign languages. The staff have extensive 10-year experience in implementing activities for the local community resulting from the company's activities - organization of city games for families in cooperation with local sport teams, St. Nicholas' Day performances for children with their families, picnics for families or creative workshops for children and youth.
