Costs: Travel costs covered up to a limit of 270€. Food and accommodation 100% free. 10 EUR Participation fee + Membership fee of 5 EUR for non-members.

Project Description: „From Forming till Performing in International Environment” is a 9-day YE on entrepreneurial and social skills. The participants will be divided in small international teams to work on real performance of projects. In this way they will experience growth throughout the project development, mainly - forming, storming, norming and performing. Furthermore, in order to facilitate participant performance methods such as team building activities, coaching instruments, retrospectives, discussions and other informal educational methods will be used. The main aim of the project is to make youth aware about achieving a high performance team, through two main channels: becoming more self aware about ones capability within a team and on the other hand coming to the realization on how a group atmosphere makes one become a better team player.
