 The Malta UNESCO Youth Association would like to invite you for our Annual General Meeting which will take place on the 7th of April 2016 at 18:30 at the University of Malta Common Room (Msida).
Below find a link to the agenda of the AGM and the MUYA statute and means to access last year's AGM Minutes. It is appreciated if you inform the Secretary General about your attendance by the 7th of April. There are two important procedures to be communicated prior to the AGM. 1. Elections This year we will have five posts in the Committee up for elections: 1) President (2 years) 2) International Officer (2 years) 3) Public Relations Officer (2 years) 3) Member of Committee (2 years) 5) Secretary General (co-option for 1 year) The nominations and applications for the vacant posts accompanied by a short motivation letter are to be sent to the President and the Secretary General by 1st of April to [email protected]. 2. Motions Each member can propose motions to the Statute which you may find below. These motions have to reach the Secretary General by 5th of April to [email protected].
