Grundtvig Workshop 'Information is a first step for participation', Poland, February 201122/12/2010  The Association of Leaders of Local Civic Groups organizes Grundtvig Workshop "Information is a first step for participation" Time and venue: February 21-25th 2011, Krzyzowa (near Wroclaw), Poland Target group: Non-professional adult activists, citizens interested in active and aware citizenship. The Workshop is open to any adult citizen who is a national of or permanently residing (or registered as refugee or asylum-seeker) in one of the Grundtvig Programme countries, namely: the 27 Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway (EFTA-EEA countries) and Turkey (candidate country). Main activities: Workshop 'Information is a first step for participation' consists of: active workshops, that provide the knowledge for participants and that are based on their every day life experience regarding issue of getting public information, being informed, engagement into social activities broadly understood participation; we plan lectures, discussions, brain storms, group work, cultural and group integrating activities and in the middle of the workshop a meeting with local public officials.
