Dates: 18th to 24th October 2022 Type: Erasmus+ (KA1- Training Course) Participants needed: 2 participants Age: 18-30 Location: Turin, Italy Costs: Travel costs are covered up to a limit of 275EUR. Food and accommodation are 100% free. 10EUR Participation fee sending and Membership fee of 5 EUR for non-members. Host Organisation: Italian National Agency (ANG) Countries: Malta, Italy, Greece, Poland, Romania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Spain, Cyprus, Serbia, Hungary, and Portugal. What is it about The aim of this TC is to develop participants' skills for self-empowerment, foster their youth worker skills as well as create a hub for employability and personal development tools, methods and practices to be used by those working with young people, so to support them in dealing with challenges, having ownership of their life and pursuing diverse career prospects. The objectives include: Improving the participants’ competencies required in facilitating the personal and professional development of the young people they work with. Providing space for sharing of experiences and good practices in the subject matter. Gaining first-hand experience in a number of personal and professional development tools.
