Name: Visual Dreamers Dates: 13th and 20th April 2019 Type: Erasmus+ (KA1 – Youth Mobility) Training Course Participants needed: 3 participants Age: 18+ Location: Scanzano Jonico, Italy Costs: Travel costs covered up to a limit of €275. Food and accommodation 100% free. Membership fee of 5 EUR for non-members. Participation fee Malta - €10. Participation fee Italy - €40 Host Organisation: Shokkin Group Countries Participating: Italy, Spain, Denmark, Estonia, Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Malta and Germany. Sending Organisation: Malta UNESCO Youth Association Project Description: The aim of the project is to improve youth workers'/youth leaders' ability to elicit and support social innovation ideas together with young people through applying visual thinking and visual facilitation techniques, which result in more engaging and attractive project concepts. The training program will cover introduction to social innovation, the role of youth in the process of generating innovative ideas, the use of visual tools to shape and promote social innovation projects. This training course is designed for youth workers, youth leaders and educators who work directly with young people on a frequent basis.
