Age: 18 - 30

Costs: Food and accommodation 100% free. 10 EUR Participation fee + Membership fee of 5 EUR for non-members. 

Host: Malta UNESCO Youth Association 

Countries: Malta, Estonia, Cyprus, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Spain and Turkey.

Project Description: The project "Laboratory: Technology of involvement" is an 8 day training course that will group 31 youth workers and youth leaders from 9 EU countries. The main aim of the training course is to improve quality of Youth Exchanges in the framework of E+. The project's methodology will be based on the concept of a laboratory which aims to find the form of motivation where the leader plays the role of a facilitator who is able to motivate the youngsters. Workshops that will take place include: What it takes to be a leader?; We as one; Skills theatre; Super leader and meeting the locals. Finally participants will be able to be a natural leader and come to terms with the ease of personal reflection and self-evaluation.
