'Mind your body' deals with the topic of healthy lifestyle, sports, dealing with stress and time managment. Young people will recognize the meaning and influence of healthy lifestyle on physical health and general well-being. Results of the project include 1) A ZINE of healthy recepies you can cook in less than 20 minutes (2) Preparation of a VIDEO with exercises (30) VEGE-FESTIVAL as a final event (4) Seven days WORKOUT challenge in the local enviorment. The activites will be diverse and spread over the whole day from morning to evening. Participants will get the chance to meet people from abroad, enjoy their national evenings, achieve daily challenges, enjoy sports and become more confident, learn how to deal with stress and how to organize time and mostly – have fun!
