Host Organisation: Hungarian Red Cross and Red Cross Youth Countries Participating: Hungary, Poland, Italy, Latvia, Spain and Malta Sending Organisation: Malta UNESCO Youth Association Project Description: Leadership through Humanitarian Values is an Erasmus+ training programme, where youth workers will be able to broaden their non-formal methods with psychological perspectives and share their best practices so as to reach our common goal: creating a more inclusive society. The objectives of the training course are: learning about humanitarian values, improve communication, understanding crisis, intercultural cooperation, sharing of European values and deepen self-awareness. Applicants must have experience with youngsters, have interest in multicultural cooperation and are dedicated to self-improvement and self-knowledge.
