Training course for youth workers to discover their element, passions, dreams and learning how to support and empower young people to find their passions, dreams and professional path. For that we shall focus especially on developing understanding and practical tools related to two major areas: 1) Personal competences: self awareness (learning style, personal development), self-regulation (self-control, adaptability, innovation), self-motivation (achievement drive, commitment) 2) Social competences: empathy (understanding others) and social skills (communication, conflict management, leadership, collaboration and cooperation, team capabilities).
