Food and accommodation 100% free. 10 EUR Participation fee + Membership fee of 5 EUR. Participation fee by the host organisation may apply. Host: IC - International Committee der Landjugend Kärnten Countries: Greece, Moldova, Malta, Georgia, Turkey and Austria Project Description: The project "Body & Mind" is a 7 day youth exchange which will group 30 people. Body and soul are two resources that help one to find inner balance. When both are in balance, a strong basis is created which can be used to motivate and inspire others. The goal of this project is therefore to use this line of thought to achieve an effective exchange of the different ways to create a strong relationship between the body and soul- ways which vary according to different youth groups and cultures. Methods that will be used include informal learning, group dynamics, workshops and feedback sessions. Activities include Nations Cup, walking over hot coal, action swimming, an international buffet and other athletic activities. Finally participants will walk away with one unified motto: "Mens sana in corpore sano - A healthy mind is a healthy body".
