Through the project “Better skills for better chances of employment” the aim is to give useful skills to young people for their successful realisation in the labour market.

To achieve this goal through this project you will be trained on good CV and motivation letter writing and also present you with the best job interview strategy. On the other hand
through this project the aim is to foster youth creativity and entrepreneurship so you can develop and implement your own ideas.

To achieve this you will be trained in lobbying and championship as well as project management. Mainly non-formal working methods such as role games, case studies as well as practical project development group sessions will be used. Since we have partners from Italy, Spain, Malta, Estonia, Poland and Greece we will also rely on the informal exchange of best practices in the youth employment sphere.

The intercultural night when each of the participating groups will represent its culture, cuisine and traditions together with the daily discussions, energizers and role plays will contribute to the development of the intercultural dialogue, tolerance and European citizenship among the participants of the project.

By publishing “My youth passport” as a follow-up activity the aim is  to popularize non-formal education, the “Youth in Action” programme as well as giving an additional tool of recognition of the skills, competences and qualities of the young people when they are applying for a job.
