Description: The project stems from a desire to experiment and promote an inclusive dimension of sport capable of overcoming physical and cultural barriers and stimulating cooperation among young Europeans. The participants of this exchange will deepen topics such as healthy lifestyle and healthy eating and will try out some sports possibilities, including, compare the attitude towards sports and exercise in their countries of origin and the possibilities for practicing sports for all; In this way they will be able to raise social awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and to spread the practice of sport, including the dissemination of European values of  quality, non-discrimination, tolerance and solidarity, acting to promote international cooperation and the exchange of good practices.
