The participants will be divided in smaller international teams and work on small, but real project so that they can experience all phases what the team is going through - forming, storming, norming and performing - we will discuss about different methods in each of the stages of the team. In order to facilitate their performance we will use team building activities, coaching instruments, retrospectives, discussions and other informal educational methods. The project will make the youth more aware about the stages what every team has to go through to become a high performance team. They will learn what each of them can give to the team and what team give to them personally, about their own values and values of their team members, they will learn to listen to each other and to be more tolerant to others. As well as they will learn different cultures and how to work in an international team.
