Project Description: Researches and studies have shown that formal way of teaching cannot provide youth with the skills and competencies required by the labour market. The overall aim of the project is to enhance the development of new non-formal teaching methods in different field of studies. The objectives of the project are: 1) To increase the competencies of youth workers, trainers, youth leaders 2) To enforce the synergies between formal and non-formal education 3) To capitalize on the power of experiential learning. After being involved in this project all participants will be prepared to create and deliver training in the field of intercultural dialogue, human rights and entrepreneurship in an innovative way and with greater impact on youth development. The project will also lead to the development of a new design of international educational pathways in line with trainee needs. This will generate the recognition and validation of the skills and qualifications across the national borders and in the European labour market.
