The aim of the project is to enable young people to explore aspects of the project’s participants cultures, their differences and similarities. This will be done through games, debates, workshops and discussions. The main activity during the project will be working in groups in order to create games that will be based on the individuals’ childhood games and which are present in all the participating countries. Games represent the start of a child’s learning and this represents various aspects of culture, behavior and rules of individual participants and nations. The games will be presented at a festival in Kranj, which will be part of Youth Week. Throughout the whole activity, participants will gain work experience, improve their communication in a foreign language, and increase a sense of initiative and cultural awareness. The project will also offer an insight into digital journalism and article-writing tailored to certain communication channels. The mentor for this activity will be a youth trainer and journalism graduate with several years of experience in digital marketing. Participants will also have time to explore the town and to be involved in the lively and diverse programme of the Youth Week festival.
