A new website has been launched that gives all the information about the HETI Crocus Project in Malta with the kind permission of the Holocaust Education Trust Ireland. 


All relevant news will be published on this website apart from the Malta UNESCO Youth Association website.

CALL FOR PARTICPANTS
Come and join us from the 1st to the 7th of February 2011.
This project will bring 24 people together from diverse backgrounds.
The meeting will consist in the experimentation and device of a performance using Visual arts and Theatre elements.
The group will be facilitated in the creative process by a team of professionals.
There will be collective moments, working groups, and individual propositions.

The theme is Article 21 of the European Charter of the Fundamental Rights. Non-discrimination
1. Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited.

2. Within the scope of application of the Treaty establishing the European Community and of the Treaty on European Union, and without prejudice to the special provisions of those Treaties, any discrimination on grounds of nationality shall be prohibited. 

We are looking for Participants:
- 24 participants (Age 20-30) who work in the arts, theatre, and video from the following countries:


Costs: 
There is a fee of participation of euro 30,00.
The fee will include local transport, food, and accommodation for the days of the project.
The selected participants will receive:
- travel cost reimbursement at 60% (maximum total travel cost is Euro 200,00).
- free accommodation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included)

The reimbursement of travel costs will be done the last day of the project before participants departure, in cash.

CYVA Deineta together with 4 regional/national parks of Lithuania is preparing a new EVS project for 2011. Application deadline February 1st; service dates 2011/05/15-12/14 (7 months);

There might be one or two new hosting partners joining the project. At the moment we are working on their accreditations. 

If you would like to participate in the candidate selection, please do the following: 

1. Fill in the candidate application form (we can send it to you by email) or CV and motivation letter 
2. If you are interested in more than one hosting place, please arrange your choices by order of preference 
3. Please provide us with EI reference number of your sending organization 

Candidate selection will be carried out by the host organizations. The results should be clear in the middle of January. The final answer from the national agency should be given by the 15th of March. 

We would like to inform you about the EVS places NGO Tripin offers as a coordinating organization in cooperation with hosting organization NGO stichting AAP in Almere. We are applying to the youth in action program for two EVS volunteers in two different functions. The project will be applied for on the 1st November 2010 deadline and will start on the 1st of May 2010 till the 1st of May 2011. 

AAP is a sanctuary for exotic animals (primates, lions and other animals you probably never heard of) . For more information on how to apply (please do not reply on this e-mail!) go to www.tripin.eu and download the PDF-file with all the desired info.  PS.. be aware deadline for applications is the 10th of october.
